La Réserve Genève Hotel & Spa

I was lucky enough to stay at many renowned hotels, but this one stands out as the finest by far. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

The property was set in a beautiful are with gorgeous natural surrounds. I love the welcome cake and the included drinks in the room. The balcony was a lovely place to sit. the service was outstanding! The nightly turndown service and leaving a bookmark in my book were amazing touches.

Location is super convenient for those living in Geneve or Vaud. Staff were very professional and not pretentious Room was comfortable with all sorts of goodies for us It was my partner’s birthday and they gave us a special cake that was out of this world All the little details such as the evening turndown service were impressive
